The Whisper Method Manifestation is a Law of Attraction technique used to positively influence the thoughts or actions of another person. In this article, we are going to dive into what it is, how to do the whispering technique, and some helpful tips that will help you use this manifestation technique effectively. 

What Is Whisper Method Manifestation?

To start, this technique relies heavily on visualization. So if you are a visual person and can visualize things well, this method is perfect for you. If you have a hard time visualizing, but love to write. You should try out the 1×11 manifestation method or the 777 manifestation method.

The whisper technique requires you to visualize yourself whispering something in the ear of another person. And when they hear the message, they will be inspired to either do what you said or think about it and take action.

What Can The Whisper Method Manifestion Technique Be Used For?

This Law of Attraction technique should ideally be used when you want to influence the thoughts or actions of another person by relaying a specific message.

For example, say I want to influence my boss to give me a raise at work. I could use this technique to influence his actions.

The message I whisper could be along the lines of, “Shamonique is a hard worker and does well for this team. You will give her a 15% raise before the end of the year.”

Also, your message doesn’t have to be super deep and it doesn’t have to always benefit you.

You could whisper a message to someone to motivate them. Maybe you suspect they are having a bad day and you want to cheer them up.

The message you whisper to them could simply be, “I want you to know that I love you and that your day will get better today. Today you will find something that makes you laugh and brightens your day.”

How To Prepare For The Whispering Technique?

Preparation is key when it comes to doing any manifestation method. You need to make sure you are clear on what you want to attract. 

Here are some questions you can ask yourself:

  1. Who is it that I want to send a message to?
  2. Why do I want to influence them?
  3. What message do I want them to hear? 
  4. How will it make me feel when they hear my message?
  5. How do I expect them to feel once they hear my message?

Getting clear on what you expect and what you want helps you to get in tune with this method instead of just jumping straight into it without a specific goal or reasoning. 

How To Do The Whisper Method?

Okay, so let’s get into this manifestation method and how to do it. As mentioned above, this method is really big on visualization, so get ready to tap into your visualization powers.

Step One. Decide who you want to whisper a message to.

Choose the one person you want to whisper a message to. It can only be one person and that person should ideally be someone you have had some sort of interaction with. However, this method can also be used for people that you have never met before. Once again, it all boils down to the questions above. Knowing what your purpose is going into the manifestation method is key to getting clear on what you expect and believe could really happen.

Step Two. Decide on what message you want to send

The next step is to determine what message you would like for your specific person to hear. Focus on the outcome of you sending the message. If you know you want that person to text you, then your message would be related to that.

Let’s take a look at a quick example:

Desire: My best friend to text me this week to catch up.

Message: “You love talking to Shamonique and you miss her, so you will happily text her this week to catch up.”

One of the things to consider when creating your message is to start out with a positive statement or something that evokes emotion. Do you see how I started off with something positive in my message of why I am deserving to receive the text?

“You love talking to Shamonique” is a positive affirmation. And then, “You miss her” creates an emotional feeling.

Try to use those types of statements when creating your message.

Step Three. Visualize your location

The remaining steps are based on you visualizing a scenario in your mind.

This location needs to be a peaceful place where you and the specific person will be. Some people say that this should be an all-white room with a single chair facing a window. And your special person is sitting in that chair looking out the window.

I believe that you should visualize a location that resonates with you. If an all-white room is hard for you to visualize, choose a different location.  

Select a location that you frequent a lot or a location that brings you happiness.

Here are some example locations to use:

  1. Your special person sitting on a beach looking out at the water
  2. Your special person sitting in a familiar empty room in a chair facing away from you
  3. Your special person in an empty auditorium on the stage looking out at the empty seats

Get creative with it and create the perfect location. If you are like me and like scripting, it may help to write out your location in detail on paper to help with the visualization process.

So once again, get very specific on what’s in the room.

What lights are in the room? How does the chair look? What can you smell, see, and touch?

The more detailed you create it, the deeper your manifestation practice will be.

Step Four. Visualize yourself whispering to your person

After you have visualized the location, you will now visualize yourself walking up to the person and whispering your message.

Ideally, in your visualization, this person should be unaware you are in the room and not know that you are whispering into their ear.

However, they are not afraid or surprised when they hear the message. 

Visualize yourself walking up to them, leaning over and whispering your message into their ear. If you want to cup your hands to whisper in their ear, then go right ahead. Do whatever feels natural to you.

Here is a scenario for you:

You slowly walk into the room. You see your specific person sitting on a black stool looking out of a small window that looks out into the forest. He looks sad and you want to cheer him up. The room is dimly lit by a small lamp that is sitting in the corner of the room. There is nothing else visible in the room. Just him, the chair, and the light. He’s unaware that you are in the room. You walk up to him and kneel down on his left side and gently whisper “You are an amazing person and you will have a better day than you had yesterday.”

Whisper your message into their ear three times. Once you finish, walk back out of the room. 

Step Five. Repeat

Once you complete your visualization, check-in with how you feel about the method. I love to write what I am feeling after a manifestation technique in my manifestation journal. It gives me something to reflect back on when I’m looking at the type of techniques I prefer to use.

If you feel that you want to continue working with this method, then go for it. Repeat this manifestation technique as many times as you would like. 

The next time you do the whispering technique, you could visualize a different location or perhaps use a different manifestation ritual.

Step Six. Let go

Finally, the last step is for you to let go and allow the universe to work its magic. Don’t dwell too much on when it will happen or how it will happen. Just trust that it will happen at the right time. 

Letting go can be hard, but it’s important to reassure the universe that you trust it will create the outcome that you desire.

The Whisper Method Manifestation Ritual

I believe one of the best ways to amplify your manifestation powers is to create a ritual around any technique you implement into your life. 

Here is a ritual you can do for the whisper method. This is just an example for you to implement, but you can make it into your own! 

  1. Light your favorite candle or incense 
  2. Turn on some high vibe music or your manifestation playlist
  3. Take 5 deep breaths to ground yourself. Allow yourself to let go of any worry, doubt, or negative feelings.
  4. Say out loud 3 things that you are grateful for that you currently have. This is a good way to express gratitude and appreciation for your current situation before going into your manifestation technique. 
  5. Take 5 deep breaths with your eyes close to start the process. 
  6. Once you feel you are in a calm state, proceed with the technique. 
  7. When you are done, smile and say “Thank you, Thank you, Thank you” and close out your practice.

How Many Times Should You Do The Whisper Method?

There are is no set time limit of how long you should do this method. However, I believe that you should at least try it for three days.

The goal with any manifestation method is for you to feel good and happy when you’re doing. If at any time you start having negative feelings toward a method, you should stop. 

So I recommend that you at least try it for three days to see how you feel, and then go from there. 

How Long Will It Take For It To Come True?

Just like with other manifestation methods, there is no way you can determine when it will come true. That is why it is very important to practice the art of letting go once you put your manifestation goals out to the universe. 

When you let go, you forget about when it will happen and you just move on. If you have issues with letting go after manifesting, I suggest you research different ways to let go. 

How long does your message have to be? 

Your message can be however long you want it to be. The most important thing to remember is that it needs to be very specific. If you are asking for too many things in your message, it will not be effective. You must narrow it down to exactly what you want. 

If you focus on making it specific, you won’t have to worry about your message is too long or too short.
