Welcome to Day One of the scripting manifestation journey. Yesterday the goal was to get your journal and pens together for this journey. If you still haven’t got everything, don’t worry. You still have time.

And remember, if you don’t have a specific journal, you can use a regular notebook or a stack of papers.

Today you will explore what scripting manifestation is, its benefits, and six questions to ask yourself to determine if this technique is right for you.

What is Scripting Manifestation?

Scripting is a powerful manifestation tool to attract what you want and desire into your life. So if you know exactly what you want to manifest, scripting is the perfect technique.

Scripting is essentially writing down your goals and intentions as if you have already achieved them. This means you will write about having specific items, relationships, or experiences as if you have already manifested them into your life.

This could be anything from a better job, a new car, or better health. You can also use scripting to express the personal qualities you want to embody or a specific relationship you want with someone.

So instead of filling your journal with a bunch of “I want this” or “I really want that,” you will be writing about already having those things in your life.

Here’s an example:

Let’s say you want a new car. Instead of writing, “I really want a new car” repeatedly in your journal and conjuring up negative thoughts about not having the new car.

Alternatively, you would write something like this:

“I am so blessed and grateful to be driving my new car. I love how it looks and how it makes me feel. It is exactly what I wanted, and I am so happy to have it in my life.”

See the difference?

Writing like this helps to create a positive and powerful energy that helps to attract what you want into your life.

Let’s look at another example.

Let’s say you want to manifest a new job.

Instead of writing, “I really need to find a job over and over again,” you could write:

“I am so excited and thankful for my new job. For the first time in my life, I am so happy to be working at the job of my dreams. I have my own office, and everyone I work with is kind and helpful. They made my transition go so smoothly, and I already feel successful. I just got my first paycheck, and it was worth every effort I put in – it’s incredible! “

Once again, can you feel the difference?

Writing in the vibration of what you want as if you already have it creates a much better feeling than writing something like this in your journal:

“I really need to find a job. Everybody at my job sucks, they don’t respect me, and I really don’t like being there. I hate being in a cubicle and having to take orders from people I don’t like. I wish I could find a new job, but no one is hiring.”

Whew! That last entry is heavy. It’s super full of negative energy and does not align with the vibration of having that dream job.

Those words are not the energy that will manifest your desires and definitely not something you want to write in your manifestation journal that you are scripting in.

So to summarize what scripting is, you are taking what you want to attract into your life and writing it down as if you already have it in as much detail as possible.

The Benefits of Scripting

Scripting has a lot of benefits, but the most important one is that it helps to raise your vibration and align with what you want.

Aligning your vibration with the vibration of what you want to attract is the most important step in manifesting because your energy will draw in the things you desire.

Scripting also helps to reframe those negative thoughts and stops them from creeping in and ruining your manifestation efforts. When you are focused only on the positive instead of dwelling on the negative, you are much more likely to manifest what you want.

It also helps keep you focused and motivated on what you are trying to manifest, which can help prevent self-doubt or resistance from stopping you from getting what you want. Sometimes when life throws us a curveball, it’s easy to become discouraged and forget about our goals – but scripting will remind you to stay focused and keep going.

Another benefit is that it gives you something to reflect on, particularly when times get tough. Looking back on the positive and powerful words you have written in your journal can give you the motivation you need to keep going.

And sometimes you may look back at your scripts and be surprised to see that you have achieved many of the goals you scripted in your journal. This can be incredibly motivating and will help to inspire you even more.

Finally, scripting can be a great alternative if you have difficulty with visualization. Visualization is a powerful manifestation tool, but if you find it hard to be creative and visualize what you want, scripting can help.

Is scripting right for you?

Now that you have a basic understanding of scripting and its benefits, the next step is to determine whether or not it’s right for you.

The best way to do this is by doing what you are doing now, exploring scripting and its benefits, and understanding its principles.

That was one of the main reasons I created the 30-day scripting manifestation journey because it allows you to learn and experience scripting with others on the same journey.

Then you can decide if it’s something that you really want to go all in and use on your manifestation journey.

Here are six questions to ask yourself to see if scripting is right for you

  1. Can I see myself writing in a journal or notebook daily?
  2. Do I have a quiet and peaceful space to do my scripting?
  3. Do I have at least 5 minutes to script a day?
  4. Am I comfortable describing in detail everything that I want to manifest?
  5. Do I feel comfortable writing positive affirmations about my life in the future?
  6. Do I believe in the power of my words to create the life I want?

If you answered yes to most of those questions, then scripting is definitely something that you should try. Another key factor in knowing if scripting is right for you is whether you truly like writing or journaling. If you enjoy writing, scripting will come easily for you as it is just writing down your dreams in extreme detail and using your imagination.

ACTION STEP

Since I promised to give you an action step on each post, here is something you can do today.

Take a blank sheet of paper and list everything you want to manifest in the next three years. Don’t judge what you write down, and don’t limit yourself. This will help you get your creative juices flowing and start thinking about what matters to you and what you want.

For example, it will look like this.

By 2026 I want

  • A new house
  • A new car
  • To be debt-free
  • Master’s degree
  • Peace of mind
Manifestation List for 2023

By creating this list, you will get a better picture of what it is that you want to manifest in your life. It’s the perfect starting point for scripting.

Tomorrow we will dive into how to get started with scripting and how to make it part of your daily manifestation routine. So make sure to complete your list because we will use some of those items for our scripting exercise tomorrow.
