30 Powerful Tips To Use On Your Scripting Journey

When I first learned about manifesting, the curtains opened, and the world felt full of possibilities. Since then, I’ve been on an incredible journey of learning to use manifesting techniques to create the life I want.

From using visualization and positive affirmations to setting clear intentions and taking inspired action, there are many ways to make your dreams come true by manifesting. So whether you are scripting or using another manifesting technique, I wanted to share some additional tips to help you on your journey.

These tips can enhance your manifesting process, so don’t be afraid to experiment and find out what works best for you.

1 – Practice a daily gratitude ritual

Gratitude is one of the most powerful energies to tap into when manifesting. Every morning or night, take a few moments and write down at least three things you are grateful for. This will help keep the positive energy flowing. Or set your alarm to go off once or twice during your day and take a few moments to be grateful for something.

2 – Start your day with positivity

Before grabbing your phone or laptop, start your morning with something positive and uplifting. We often invite negative energy into our lives when we start with the news, emails, and scrolling through social media. Take a few minutes each morning to listen to something motivating to start your day.

3 – Say affirmations every morning

A powerful affirmation can do wonders for your energy. As you say it every day, you will start to believe it more and more. For example, if you are manifesting a new car, you can say, “I am now driving my perfect car in perfect condition.” You can write it on a sticky note and put it on your bathroom mirror or somewhere you will see it every morning.

4 – Perform random acts of kindness

Doing kind things for others helps them and helps you too. It’s a great way to open up the energy of receiving and helps align you with the frequency of receiving.

5 – Start the day with movement

Exercise and body movement are great ways to start the day with positive energy. It boosts your mood and energy levels and can help you feel mentally and physically better. The better you feel, the more energized you’ll be to tackle the day and the more effort you can put into taking action on your goals.

6 – Carry a crystal that aligns with what you’re manifesting.

Crystals carry powerful healing energy and can help you with manifesting. For example, if you are manifesting a new job, you might want to carry a citrine crystal for abundant energy and success. You can hold the crystal briefly throughout the day, visualizing your goals and intentions. You can also keep it on your desk or in a special place at home to remind yourself of what you’re manifesting. With consistent effort, you can achieve powerful results with the help of crystals!

7 – Create a Pinterest vision board

Pinterest is an excellent platform for creating virtual vision boards. Pin pictures and phrases that reflect what you want to manifest. This will help you visualize your goals and stay focused on them. Here is an example of my Pinterest board I created that is all about creating a secret garden.

8 – Create a worry box

This is a great tool for releasing any worries or fears about manifesting. Every time something negative comes to your mind about what you’re manifesting, write it down and put it in the box. This will help you stay focused on your positive intentions and not get distracted by negative thoughts. You can throw everything in the box away every week or tap into the moon’s energy and burn it under the full moon. This technique eliminates negative energy or limiting beliefs and focuses on your manifestation goals.

9 – Listen to manifesting success stories

So many inspiring stories exist of people who have manifested their goals. Listen to these stories and use them as motivation to keep going and manifesting your dreams. Specifically, find people who have manifested what you want to manifest and soak up their energy. A lot of times, you need to hear it from someone who has done what you want to do. Reach out and connect with these people or leave a comment on their videos or podcasts. You never know; you might make a new friend and get great advice.

10 – Stay away from negative people

Negative energy can be toxic and can make it difficult to stay positive. It can be hard to maintain a positive outlook if you are constantly around people who talk down on your dreams and don’t believe you can manifest great things. Focusing on the good and surrounding yourself with positive friends and family who will lift you up instead of tear you down is important to counter this negative energy. If you don’t have a lot of positive friends or family, it is important to join communities that will help you stay positive and motivated to focus on the good. Finding positivity doesn’t have to be difficult! All it takes is a bit of effort and intentionality.

11 – Listen to subliminal audio

Subliminals are powerful audio messages designed to help you reach your goals. They can be used for anything from self-improvement to reaching peak performance. By listening to these subliminals, you’ll quickly start seeing changes in how you think and feel about yourself and the world around you. Try to find subliminals that reflect what you want to manifest.

12 – Do a social media cleanse

Social media can majorly affect your energy and mindset. It’s important to be aware of the content you are consuming daily. So every week, take some time to unfollow and block any accounts that make you feel negative or have content that doesn’t align with your values. This can help give you the distance and clarity to move forward! Additionally, look for accounts that bring out the best in you and remind you of what is important to you. Being mindful of who you follow and engage with online will make a huge difference in your mood and mindset.

13 – Declutter your home

Clutter can affect your energy in a big way. It’s important to declutter regularly to help keep up your energy and stay focused! A great way to do this is by taking a few minutes daily for quick clean-ups or finding creative storage solutions for items you don’t use often. Regardless of your approach, keeping clutter in check can help bring peace and balance into your home and help keep the energy open for more opportunities.

14 – Do something fun

Having fun and doing something that brings you joy will help to boost your energy and manifesting power. Pick an activity that makes you feel good, such as dancing or painting. This will help to keep your energy high and attract more positivity into your life.

15 – Listen to a guided meditation

Guided meditations are a great way to relax, clear out negative energy, and focus on manifesting your goals. Find one that resonates with you and listen to it daily or weekly to keep your energy aligned and focused on what you want. Do it first thing in the morning or before going to sleep at night.

16 – Forgive someone

Forgiveness is one of the most powerful manifesting tools. By forgiving someone, you can release negative energy and open yourself to positive opportunities and experiences. It will also physically and mentally make you feel better, enhancing your manifesting power.

17 – Record a video

Record a video of yourself discussing how you have manifested everything you want. This is the same thing as scripting, but instead of writing, you speak it as if you have already received your manifesting. Sometimes being able to look at and hear yourself talking about your goals and desires can greatly impact your belief that you will receive them.

18 – Connect with someone who has done what you want to do

Finding mentors or people who have already achieved what you want is a great way to stay motivated and inspired. Reach out and connect with them to learn more about their journey and action steps you can take to accomplish your goals. Remember, the Law of Attraction rewards action, so take small steps toward your daily goals.

19 – Allow yourself to have bad days

It’s important to allow yourself to feel all of your emotions. Don’t push away negative feelings; process them and allow them to pass. This will help keep your energy clear and open for more positive experiences. If you don’t feel like scripting or doing a manifesting technique, allow yourself to take a break until you are ready to continue.

20 – Create a manifestation box

Find a box and fill it with items representing what you are manifesting. These can include pictures, cards, affirmations, or other items that bring you joy. Whenever you need motivation or inspiration, open the box and take out something to help you stay focused. A manifestation box is easy to make and a great reminder of your goals. Keep it around to make sure you stay motivated and inspired!

21 – Define the why behind your goals

Take some time to clarify why you are manifesting what you want. And then write it down so if you are ever feeling discouraged or doubtful, you can read it and remind yourself why you have to keep going. When life gets hard, sometimes you can feel as though you are not able to continue, but being able to remind yourself of why you are working towards your goals can help you stay focused and motivated.

22 – Ground Yourself

Whenever your energy starts to dip, take some time to ground yourself and reconnect with your highest self. This will help to realign your energy and open you up to manifesting more of what you want. The easiest way to center yourself is to close your eyes, take a few deep breaths and imagine yourself surrounded by white light. You can also listen to a grounding meditation to help you reconnect with yourself.

Here is a technique I recently used to ground myself, which really helped put everything in perspective.

23 – Ask for a sign

Asking for a sign can help reveal when you are on the right path. For example, you can ask the Universe to send you a sign of 555 and then notice how often that number appears throughout the day. When you see your sign revealed, remember that The Universe is conspiring in your favor for you to receive your manifestations.

24 – Visualize your manifestation

Visualization is one of the most powerful manifesting tools. Take time to sit and visualize what it would feel like to have already manifested your goals. After scripting, close your eyes and focus on having already achieved it. This will help to keep your energy high and bring more positivity into your life.

25 – Reread older scripting entries

Rereading some of your old scripting entries can help to motivate you and remind you that manifesting what you want is possible. Pick a few favorites and read them whenever you need motivation or inspiration. You may start to realize that you have manifested more than you thought!

26 – Take daily aligned action

Everything you want is already yours, but it’s up to you to take action and bring it into your life. Take small daily actions that align with what you want to manifest. This will help to keep your energy focused on your goal and open up more opportunities for manifestation. I love to ask myself, “If I had my manifestation right now, what would I be doing?” And whatever answer I come up with, I try to do something aligned with that action.

27 – Combine manifesting techniques

Combining scripting with another technique can help to amplify your results. For example, you can combine scripting with creating a vision board or bay leaf manifestation. Also, you can combine two scripting techniques, like the 369 or 777 methods.

28 – Reward yourself

It’s important to reward yourself for all the hard work that you do. Celebrate small wins and successes, no matter how big or small. This will help to keep your energy high and remind you why your efforts have been worth it. It’s also good to recognize the small things you are manifesting that are leading up to the bigger overall manifestation.

29 – Share your manifestation journey

Sharing your journey with others is a great way to stay motivated and inspired. You can tell people who are close to you or share your success on social media. Sometimes your journey may inspire someone else and help them become more motivated. Connecting with others can be a powerful tool to keep you going!

30 – Trust the process

Manifesting takes time, and it’s important to be patient and trust that what you are manifesting will come when the time is right. If you always keep the mindset that things will work out, they will. Whenever you feel discouraged, remind yourself that you have the power to manifest your goals.

I recently saw an affirmation that I have been using for the past couple of days and I love it. It’s “Life is good and it’s only getting better.” I think this is such a positive and uplifting reminder to keep me in the moment and stay focused on my goals. It’s also helpful for situations when things don’t seem to be going my way; it reminds me that even though life can be hard, there is always something good ahead of me.
