Creating a routine for your 30-day scripting journey can be an incredibly rewarding experience. It requires dedication and commitment to the process, but it will bring beautiful results!
To recap, scripting is when you write down what you are manifesting as if it has already manifested.
And by creating a routine for yourself, you can ensure consistency in your practice, leading to lasting success in achieving your goals. In this article, we’ll explore how to create an effective scripting manifestation routine that you can use on your journey to success!
What scripting technique will I use?
The first step in creating your scripting routine is determining what script you want to use. There are many different types of scripts, but the two basic scripts we’ve discussed have been the gratitude letter and the day in the life script.
Gratitude letters express gratitude for what you have manifested, addressed to The Universe, Source, etc.
The day in the life script focuses on writing out your day based on what you would do if you had your manifestation.
If you need to review these methods, check out the article on the two easy ways to script. It also includes examples of each scripting technique.
Whatever scripting method you choose, ensure it speaks to and resonates with you. You want this to be a fun, creative, and relaxing moment. Not something that feels forced and that you dread doing.
How many times a day will I script?
Once you’ve chosen the type of script you will use, deciding how often you want to script is important. Some people prefer to write their script once daily, while others like to write it multiple times daily. It all depends on your desired level of success and your commitment level.
I suggest committing to scripting at least once a day. Twice a day is ideal, but life can get busy, so if you can’t commit to twice a day, stick to once a day.
Also, reviewing and reading your previous entries works if you don’t have time to write for the day. The goal is to remain consistent on your manifestation journey, so whatever you have to do to stay consistent is fine.
What time of day will I script?
Choosing the best time to write your script is key. You want to ensure it’s a time with few distractions, and you can be alone and undisturbed for at least 10-15 minutes.
Regardless of when you decide to write, I suggest sticking with the same time frame each day. This will create a habit that can be easily integrated into your life, helping ensure consistency during your 30-day journey.
For me, the best time to script is early morning and right before I go to bed. I usually get up earlier than everyone in my house, so having that quiet time helps me focus. Also, scripting before bed helps me end my day filled with positive thoughts and intentions about what I am manifesting, which is also one of the ways to amplify my manifesting power(more about that tomorrow)
Where will I script?
Choosing a specific place for your scripting practice is also important. This can be as simple or elaborate as you’d like, but it should be comfortable and relaxing.
You want to ensure that your space is free of distractions. So, if it’s a place with a television or other noise-making devices, ensure they are off, or there’s some way to block them out.
I have three scripting areas. My bedroom, office, and meditation room. These three spaces have very different vibes, but each helps me focus and relax differently.
For example, my office makes me feel productive and energized, while my bedroom is always calming and my safe haven. And my meditation room is filled with crystals and candles to create a mystical vibe.
No matter where you choose to script, make sure it’s a place where you can easily relax and focus on your script.
What will I do before I script?
Creating a pre-scripting ritual to help you get in the right frame of mind is also important but not required. But if you do decide to do it, it’s best to plan it out before you begin so that you can stay consistent.
This could include activities such as meditation, journaling, yoga, aromatherapy, drinking tea, or even simply lighting candles or incense. The key here is to choose something that helps you relax and get centered before scripting.
An example of a pre-scripting ritual could be something lengthy like this:
- Get settled in where I will write and set up the crystals and candles.
- Take a few deep breaths to relax into my body.
- Set an intention for what I’m scripting and tuning into the energy of what I desire.
- Put on my meditation music
- Recite five affirmations that align with my goal.
- Look at my vision board and reflect on my dreams.
- Write my script
Or it could be something simple like this:
- Take a few deep breaths and light a candle.
- Say three things I am grateful for
- Write my script
The key is to find something that works for you—that helps you connect to your heart space and tune into the energy of what you are scripting.
If you create a pre-scripting routine, I suggest writing it down inside your journal or writing it on paper and keeping it inside your journal.
What can I set as a trigger?
Adding a trigger is another important step in creating the perfect manifestation routine. A trigger is something that will remind you to commit to writing your script at the same time every day. It could be anything from setting the alarm or scripting right after you brew your coffee or tea in the morning.
It could also be something else, like turning on your favorite playlist, looking at a photo that brings positive memories, or even lighting a candle. Whatever it is, make sure it will remind you to script and motivate you to do so regularly.
I like to set my phone alarm at the same time each day. This way, I have no excuses not to script or say I forgot to do it.
Other examples could be:
- Right when you get out of the shower
- When you arrive or get off from work
- When you finish your morning/evening walk
- After finishing your breakfast/lunch/dinner
- After kids leave for school
- After working out
- Before yoga practice
When will I start my scripting journey?
The last step to creating your perfect scripting routine is to decide when you will start your journey.
One of the biggest hurdles people have is choosing when to start. I believe it’s important to start whenever you feel called to, but here are a couple of special dates you can choose from.
- Monday Morning
- New Moon
- On your birthday
- The first of the month
- A new season
- An important date for you
Write a commitment statement
The final step is to write a commitment statement. This will help you stay accountable and on track with your manifesting journey and routine. You can write this on a sticky note, place it somewhere you can see often, or write it inside your journal.
An example of a commitment statement could be:
I commit to scripting daily for 30 days, starting April 1st, 2023. I trust the universe will bring me what I desire, knowing that all is in divine order.
Following these steps, you can create your perfect scripting manifestation routine to help you stay consistent and committed to your goal.
Remember that the key is to find something that works for you and will help you stay connected with your heart space. Have fun and enjoy the process, as this is an important part of manifesting your desires! Enjoy scripting!
Action Step
Create your routine and commit to following it for at least 30 days. Write out your commitment statement and post it somewhere you can see it. You can also post it in the Facebook Group and ask for an accountability partner!
