I drink my apple cider vinegar drink right after I wake up. For one reason, my house is super quiet and I am able to focus without my three-year-old running around attacking my legs.

Make sure that you get the apple cider vinegar with the mother because that holds all of the nutrients that your body needs.

Lemon.

Lemon benefits our immune system because it is full of vitamin C and flavonoids, which are antioxidants. It is also known for its cleansing properties which help aid the body in protecting it from viruses and diseases. 

Raw Honey.

Raw Honey can kill unwanted bacteria and fungus. It is packed with antioxidants, which like lemon, is good for ridding the body of diseases.

I make my apple cider vinegar drink by pouring a tall glass of room temperature water. You can also make this into a tea if you are looking for something hot to sip on in the morning.

Normally I do not use any measurements. I believe that our bodies will lead us in the right direction when it comes to things like this.

If you make it too strong, just add more water to your mixture and save some for the next morning. 

After making my apple cider vinegar drink, I sit down and reflect on what would like to accomplish for the day and just take a moment to be in the moment.

  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (with the mother)
  • 1/2 Slice Lemon
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Raw Honey

Instructions
 

  • Pour yourself a glass of water. Room temperature water is the best to drink in the morning
  • Add all ingredients to your water
  • Mix ingredients together
  • Drink all at once before eating in the morning
