What is a spiritual vibe?

A spiritual vibe is an energy that you put out into the world. It is your aura, your essence, your soul. It is what makes you and your energy unique.

Everyone has their spiritual vibe, and it is constantly changing. When your spiritual vibe is low, it can affect your physical and mental health. Just like your physical body, your spiritual self needs care and attention. Once you recognize your spiritual vibe is low, it’s important to work on ways to raise your vibe.

Here are five signs that your spiritual vibe might need a boost:

1. You feel like you’re in a funk and can’t get out of it.

When you are in a funk, it can feel like you are stuck in quicksand, and the more you try to come out of it, the deeper you sink. 2. You’re not sleeping well.
