What daily habits are hindering you from achieving greatness?
A daily habit of mine is drinking TOO much coffee.
If I drink more than 3 cups, I start to feel sleepy and it takes a while for my energy to kick back in. It kills my productivity during the middle of the day and then the energy that disappeared comes back full force at night when it’s technically time for me to wind down.
