The 1×11 manifestation method is a quick and fun Law of Attraction technique. 

It helps you manifest the life that you deserve by writing down what you want in the following order: 11 times in the morning and 11 times at night. 

You follow this process for 11 days. 

The good thing about this method is that it only takes 11 days to complete. So if you are looking for something to jump into, this is the perfect one for you. 

The theory behind the 1×11 method? 

This manifesting technique is based on angel numbers 111. In numerology, 111 is a potent symbol of manifestation, new possibilities, and spiritual awakening. It basically indicates that your thoughts could likely become your reality.

So by invoking these numbers in this manifesting technique, you are tapping into the powers of the universe and within yourself to bring your manifestation into fruition.

How does the 1×11 manifestation method work?

Similar to other law of attraction manifesting techniques, you only need three things to get started. A pen, a piece of paper, and your time. Remember, this method is not made to be complicated, so try not to overthink it. Have fun with it and enjoy the process!

Step 1. Get your material together

As stated above, all you need for this exercise is a pen and a piece of paper. If you have a journal, you can use that too. To save you some time, I have a 1×11 manifestation template that you can download for free. It makes things a lot easier to keep organized and stay focused.

    Step 2. Decide what you want to manifest

    The next step is to decide what you want to bring into your life. Just make sure that it is very specific. For example, if you want to manifest happiness, get very specific on what makes you happy. Create a list of things that you make you happy and then choose one of those things to manifest.

    Step 3. Create an affirmation/statement 

    Next, take what you want to manifest and put it into a gratitude statement. A gratitude statement is a sentence that gives thanks to the universe in the present tense.   

    For example, let’s say you want to manifest a new white tesla model X. Your gratitude statement could be, “I am thankful and blessed for owning my own brand new white Tesla Model X.” Or it could be “I am so happy to finally be able to finally own a brand new white Tesla Model X.” 

    Whatever statement you use, just make sure to write it as though you already have it. 

    Step 4. Choose a date to start

    For the next 11 days, you will be writing your gratitude statement 11 times in the morning and 11 times at night. So whatever day you decide to start, make sure that you commit to completing the process. 

    It’s also recommended to set a specific time to write. This is a good way to help you stay on track and consistent. Make sure to choose a time that resonates with you. For example, if you are typically not a morning person, don’t choose a time that’s super early. Try to keep things as normal as possible so that you can be at your highest vibrational energy when you write. 

    Step 5. Journal 11 times in the morning

    When you wake up in the morning and get into your flow, grab your material and get ready to start the process. Remember, you are writing your gratitude statement 11 times. As you write each sentence, focus on the feeling you will have once you receive your blessing into your life.

    What is the very first thing you are going to do? Who is going to be the first person you tell? What exactly will you tell them? Let your imagination run wild as you are writing. 

    Step 6. Journal 11 times in the evening/night

    Finally, before bed write out the same gratitude statement that you wrote in the morning. Follow the same process when writing out your statements. Take the time to feel each statement as you write it and envision yourself receiving what you want. 

    Step 7. Let go

    After completing your 11 days of writing, take a break. Allow yourself to forget about what you are attracting into your life. Remember the universe will bless you when it’s time. Rest assured that time is coming soon.

    A good example is when you place your order at a restaurant. Once you tell the server what you want, you don’t worry about what’s going on in the kitchen or who is cooking your food. You just believe and trust that it’s going to come out and you will get what you ordered.

    Try to do the same thing with your manifestations. Allow the universe to do what it needs to do to bring it to you. 

    Tips for the 1×11 manifestation method

    • Be sure that you are in a good headspace when starting your writing exercise. You do not want to vibrate at a low frequency when doing your gratitude statements. Try a grounding exercise or gratitude practice before starting. It’s a good practice to always thank the universe for what you currently have before asking for more.
    • After each writing session, take one to five minutes to meditate and listen to any thoughts or ideas that come into your head. Since you will be vibrating at a high frequency, the universe may have something to tell you. So listen closely. 
    • Closeout each session with a positive affirmation. After completing your writing exercise, you can say something like “ I am deserving of everything that I want in my life”. Sometimes people feel like they don’t deserve what they are asking for. This is one way to recondition your subconscious mind to think positively about what you are asking for. 

    1×11 Manifestion Method Mini Ritual

    I love rituals. It’s just something about following a ritual that makes whatever I’m doing more magical to me. I suggest you create your own ritual or follow the one below. You can adjust it to make it personal to you.

    What you will need

    • 1×11 manifesting template or journal
    • Pen
    • White candle 
    • Crystal 
    • Incense 

    The ritual

    1. Find a quiet place to start your ritual
    2. Light your candle and incense 
    3. Turn on some relaxing manifestation music or music that makes you feel good. 
    4. Sit down in a comfortable position and do a grounding exercise.
    5. Once you feel grounded and in a good space, begin the 1×11 manifestation method. 
    6. After you complete the session, turn off your music and sit in silence for the next one to five minutes.
    7. Imagine yourself receiving your blessing and visualize the actions you are going to take when you get it. 
    8. Repeat the ritual again for the night time.
