If you’re looking for a natural way to make your home smell good, you should try out these DIY Slow Cooker Fragrances for your home.
I just want to remind you that you are able to put whatever your nose desires. You do not have to go by these recipes. These are only to give you an idea of what you can create. I recently made a winterish fragrance and it smelled wonderful in my home. I just loved it! Every time I came into my living room, It felt as though I was walking into Kirklands or Home Goods. You know those stores that smell so good during the holidays? Well that’s exactly what my house smelled like. If you didn’t catch that video, you can look at it below.
Making your own DIY Slow Cooker Fragrance is not only fun for you to do, but you can also involve the kids. Allow them to make their own creations. They will feel super cool that they created the scent in the house. Hopefully your kids won’t pick anything outrageous. I can’t wait until my daughter get’s big enough to create her own. For now, she can help me put the fruits inside the crockpot.
If you don’t have a crockpot, no worries. You can also make this on the stove, however you will need to carefully monitor it. That’s the good thing about a crock pot because you can leave it on all day and not be too worried.
For the base recipe, you need a slow cooker or a pot, depending if you will make it on your stove. And you need water to cover your herbs and fruits. That’s it! Make sure to keep an eye on your crockpot to make sure the water doesn’t evaporate out of the pot. Always keep it full.
